The Hird is seeking a highly skilled Investor Reporting Analyst to play a critical role in supporting our real estate private equity funds. This individual will be responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our real estate private equity funds' operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications, and the reporting source data.
  • Prepare and review customized Investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Generate Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries that effectively communicate fund performance.
  • Review audits confirm reports, provide audit confirmation to auditors, and handle auditor inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Calculate IRR, Time Weighted Return, and Leverage Ratio for Real Estate funds to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Manage LP Mailbox and respond to investor queries on a daily basis, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Create and review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests, streamlining communication and issue resolution.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Onboard Investors to a fund or Investment platform, managing Salesforce updates to reflect new information.
  • Identify process gaps and automation requirements, driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
  • Train new and current Investor Reporting Specialists, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
