Role & responsibilities 1. Product Development Collaboration Work with educators, content creators, and curriculum designers to ensure thepackaging supports the intended educational purpose. Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing teams to create packaging thatappeals to the target audience, ensuring it aligns with educational values and goals. Ensure that the packaging is aligned with current trends in educational materials,whether its for physical or digital products.2. Brand Management Maintain consistency in design elements (logos, fonts, colors, etc.) across all educationalproducts to reinforce brand identity. Make sure the packaging conveys professionalism, trustworthiness, and educationalcredibility.3. Quality Control Ensure that the packaging is durable, functional, and able to withstand regular use (forphysical products). Ensure that digital product packaging is intuitive and easy to navigate. Coordinate with production teams to make sure all educational materials are producedto high standards.4. Compliance and Accessibility Make sure the packaging complies with legal and regulatory standards foreducational materials (e.g., accessibility laws, copyright). If packaging includes physical materials, ensure it is designed for sustainability,considering eco-friendly options. 5. Cost and Budget Management Oversee the packaging budget to ensure that the costs for design, materials, andproduction stay within the allocated budget. Problem Solving , customer centric waste reduction process also should be aware ofProficiency with Design SoftwarePreferred candidate profile • Master Degree from IIP with 2 to 4 years experience required• Good communication skills and able to demonstrate the ideas and discussions• Strong understanding of designs tools like Auto CAD, 3d Designs
