Educational Qualifications:
A degree/diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related creative field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead conceptualization and execution of visual campaigns across print, digital, social, and video.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers and brand teams to translate briefs into compelling creatives.
- Oversee photoshoots, video productions and post-production processes.
- Maintain high standards of design and visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, new tools and technologies to keep the brand forward-thinking.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns.
- Collaborate with creative directors and marketing heads to shape brand strategy and design language.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign and digital work.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW & Adobe Creative Suite.
- Sharp eye for detail, layout, typography and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or animation.
- Knowledge of photography, styling, or video editing.
- A personal creative pursuit that adds a unique flavor to your style.
