Job Description Responsibilities: Ensure statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance Lead FP&A - budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis Oversee portfolio analysis, valuation, monitoring, and reporting Manage investor relations and stakeholder communication Supervise audits, enforce internal controls, and implement risk management Drive automation to improve accounting, compliance, and reporting Lead, mentor and develop a team of 6-8 professionals The Successful Applicant CA with 7 years' relevant experience in corporate finance Experience in PE/VC/alternative funds, M&A Deals is a good to have Deep understanding of fund structures, audits, regulations, and automation Has managed teams; with mentoring & development skills Familiarity with automation tools
