Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high operational standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for fashion to drive the success of the store.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set for the store.
  • Implement promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.


Customer Service:

  • Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Train staff to provide exceptional customer service.


Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and store policies.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates and assistant managers.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.


Visual Merchandising:

  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store environment.
  • Regularly update displays to reflect new arrivals, seasonal trends, and promotional events.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Use data analytics to track performance, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.


Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and staff.
