Role Overview

We are looking for Marketing Executives to join our team under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. This is a field-intensive, all-India role where you will travel extensively to promote, demonstrate, and market our automation products to churches, dioceses, religious leaders, schools, and institutions.

The role is ideal for energetic, communicative professionals who are passionate about building relationships and expanding product reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel across India to meet priests, bishops, school administrators, and institutional heads.
  • Conduct live demonstrations of automation products (church bell, chant, altar curtain, school bell, etc.).
  • Support dealers and distributors with customer visits and product awareness campaigns.
  • Participate in church gatherings, diocesan meetings, religious exhibitions, and institutional events.
  • Assist in preparing brochures, quotations, tenders, and product presentations.
  • Collect customer feedback and competitor intelligence from the field and report to the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and branding at events and outlets.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve regional and national sales/marketing targets.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of field sales / marketing experience (FMCG, B2B, institutional, or religious products preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, and preferably Hindi (knowledge of other Indian languages is an advantage).
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across India (20–25 days a month).
  • Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
  • Two-wheeler license required for local travel.
