About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Medical Representatives to join our growing team in hiring location. If you are passionate about healthcare, excel in building relationships, and have a flair for sales, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: Actively promote our Baby care product range to pediatricians.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with doctors and key stakeholders.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales in the assigned territory and meet monthly targets.
  • Market Analysis: Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Maintain timely reports using tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in regular product and skill enhancement training.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (Science background or MBA in Marketing preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharma sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales attitude may also apply.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential
  • Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler for field visits

Preferred Candidate Background:

  • Experience with leading companies like Torrent Pharma, Curatio, Sebamed, Cetaphil, Cipla, Mankind Pharma, or GSK, other relevant .
  • Exposure to pediatric or baby care product lines is a plus
