Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience working with Salesforce technologies and a passion for developing innovative solutions to meet business requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

2.Design and develop customized Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, triggers, and other components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies as needed.

3. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including but not limited to page layouts, fields, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.

4. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

5. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.

7. Stay updated on Salesforce platform features, releases, and best practices.

8. Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations.

9. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. 0-4 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configurations.

3. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are a plus.

4. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.

5. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

6. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
