Tele Caller Executive

Position Summary

Sujay's Dental Care is looking for a friendly and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, following up with patients, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, so a positive attitude and clear communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Provide information to patients regarding our dental services, treatments, and clinic timings.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details in our database.
• Follow up with patients for post-treatment feedback and regular check-ups.
• Address patient queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the dental and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but freshers with a great attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using a computer for data entry and record keeping.
• Must reside within a 5 km radius of the clinic to ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.
