ABOUT THE ROLESenior SAP OTC Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP S4 Fashion Solution for the individual SAP Order to Cash (OTC) within the Global implementation and then implement and support the long-term support initiatives for the OTC team. This position engages in business process design for order management, logistics, storage & distribution, and contracts, Customer Master and billing. The primary focus will be partnering with business, Integrator and IT teams to design and implement Order to Cash (OTC) deliverables within the budgetary guidelines mutually agreed upon with IT Management and the business areas supported and that the results are of a consistently high quality that meet the business needs. Also responsible for the integrity, availability, and security of assigned Order to Cash (OTC) functionality to meet established IT goals. Such goals may include single or multi-year strategic initiatives, ongoing processes such as innovation, commercialization of Big Stories, or other needs created by the brands.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Definition and configuration of key processes that drive OTC solutions, integration and processes.Map functional capabilities of IT systems to meet business requirementsFor the ERP Program Implementation and in support of projects and enhancements:Accountable for future IT functional and technical design, configuration and integration of the SAP S4 Fashion OTC and other OTC Solutions Follow Project workplans to implement ERP activities in line with legacy and 3rd Party changesDefinition and documentation of processes, WRICEF, Functional Specifications, test plans/scripts, deployment plans and legacy appl. ChangesParticipate in key process workshops & issue resolution sessionsContribute to the future IT solution design, testing, deployment and change managementProvide updates to reviews of program deliverables and statusPartner with 3rd Parties for EDI, B2 B, Legacy changesSupport data cleansing/migration activitiesSupport OTC Lead to identify and plan IT driven growth opportunities, and develop plans for executing support initiatives, which may include sustaining, stretch, and breakthrough innovation.Support of non-SAP Applications including Methodfuel B2 B, EDI, etc.Ensure consistent definition and compliance of securityPartner with IT and SI OTC leads and Business Leads to ensure design meets requirements and gaps and/or issues are identified/resolvedManage own work and support other team members to achieve budget and scheduleSupport issue and weekly progress reportingSupport identification and control of areas of risk, to drive resolution of issuesSkills for Success: Analytical Thinking Problem Solving – Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesMeeting ManagementWritten CommunicationsCollaboration/Oral Communications – Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationshipsExperience/Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, computer science, or other relevant discipline requiredCertified in SAP SD/OTC Functional Configuration (preferred)Demonstrates strong command of the English language both written and verbal8+ years minimum experience in SAP OTC configuration and programming leadership with recent hands-on experience - preferred. Lead development, testing, planning and execution of the following:SAP Configuration for SAP OTC:Customer Service, Customer Master, Pricing, Order Management, Delivery Processing, Logistics/Distribution, Billing, Sales, Sales Reporting, Returns, STO, Inventory, Customer EDI and ReportingIdeally S4 Fashion / FMS / AFS Related: Allocations, Rescheduling, VAS, etcContracts, Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Logistics Execution, Billing, Account Determination, Output ControlIntegration TestingCutover planning and executionThe role requires focused skills in process validation, configuration, development, testing, planning, and execution of the following:SAP S4 Fashion/FMS/AFS ConfigurationFunctional Specifications (WRICEF)Security Design related to Order to Cash FunctionalityIntegration to external partners and other internal systems including e Commerce, EDI, WMS Solutions, and B2 B IntegrationMultiple SAP lifecycle implementations preferred – Blueprint/Blueprint, Build/Test, Go-Live and Support
