JobDescription As thePrincipal SailPoint Developer you willbe the SailPoint Identity IQ SME with a broad understanding ofIdentity Access Management (IAM) processes and implementations. Cornerstone uses SailPointIdentityIQ for automated account provisioning and accesscertifications. This role will be focused on the development of newfeatures integrations deployments and maintenance of the IdentityIQ system.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely withthe global IT Security and Compliance Team to implement securitystandards across the organization.
- Engineersolutions to ensure that IAM solutions and services performaccording to defined processes meet defined policies and complywith information security requirements.
- Designdevelop and implement SailPoint IIQ 8.x
- Participate in all SailPoint deploymentactivities connector configuration custom rule development workflowconfiguration and development and thirdparty system integration.
- Implementation of selfservice featurespassword features (Forgot password Change Password) provisioningfeatures and configuration of various roles and policies inSailPoint.
- Implement access recertificationand automatic/manual remediation for applications managed bySailPoint.
- Lead quality control and qualityassurance activities such as developing and executing testplans/scripts and resolve deviations or exceptions for newlydeveloped IAM solutions.
Youve Got What It Takes If You Have:
- Bachelor s degree inan Information Technology related field of study or equivalent posthigh school education and/or workrelated experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in SailPointIdentityIQ architecture design development configuration testingintegration and deployment.
- Good Understandingof Identity and Access Management.
- Experiencein Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Automation (JML) RBAC User/RoleProvisioning Access Certification is required.
- Experience in developing applications usingJava BeanShell/JavaScript JSP/Servlets SQL PowerShell and XML.
- Experience working with multiple IAM relatedtechnologies such as Active Directory LDAP HRMS DBMS and SaaSapplications.
- Experience in integration withITSM tools like ServiceNow Remedy etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
- Consideration for privacy and securityobligations
- Demonstrated commitment to valuingdiversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learningenvironment.
