Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Release Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will assist in managing the build, deployment, and release processes of software applications, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building, packaging, and deploying software releases.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to support release processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
  • Maintain release documentation and version control.
  • Ensure adherence to release schedules and processes.
  • Learn and implement tools for CI/CD, automation, and configuration management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Basic knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) is an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in release management and DevOps practices.
