Design and implement advanced call flows, routing strategies, and peripheral integrations. Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime. Build and maintain runbooks, diagrams, standards, and support procedures. Implement monitoring, alerting, and capacity/performance baselines for proactive operations.
