RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell Residential and Commercial properties in Gurgaon.
  • Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the Residential and Commercial segment in the zone/territory.
  • Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices

              Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the

       best deal under the best terms.

  • Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
  • Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
  • Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.
  • Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.
  • Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.


 Functional Skills

  • Understanding of the Real Estate Business.
  • Build and handle a strong network of connections
  • Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends and CRM practices

              Exposure to primary sales.

  • Tech Savvy.
  • Someone who is flexible to travel frequently.
  • Most Importantly, candidates Should be Good Sales Executive from any industry will also be considered.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations


Required Qualification


  • Graduation from any stream.
  • 0 to 9 years of experience


Salary Range - 18K to 50K
