education, healthcare, women empowerment, rural development, and digital literacy
. We are expanding our CSR outreach and looking for a passionate and result-driven
CSR Manager
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor CSR strategies and projects aligned with the Trust's vision.
  • Build strong relationships with corporates, PSUs, and government bodies for CSR partnerships.
  • Draft impactful project proposals, MoUs, and reports for CSR funding.
  • Ensure compliance with CSR policies, legal guidelines, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and field staff for effective project execution.
  • Represent the Trust in CSR meetings, forums, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CSR/NGO sector (preferred).
  • Strong communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to network with corporates, government departments, and funding agencies.
  • Project management and team coordination skills.
