Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of expertise in strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social media platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills to drive results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, interpret data trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
- Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing to refine campaign strategies.
- Develop and implement scaling strategies for campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Create detailed performance reports and communicate insights to clients and team members.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce impactful ad assets and messaging.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience managing campaigns across Google, Meta, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and performance measurement.
- A proven track record of running successful campaigns and meeting KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
