Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Azure API Management (APIM) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure APIM and a strong understanding of integration patterns, security measures, and cloud cost optimization.

Job Summary :

- Associate with prior hand-on experience in Azure Cloud with APIM expertise with understanding on integration pattern (Sync. & ASync).


- Understand basic of application gateway, load balancer & DNS.

- Understand technology e.g., JSON, XML and understand REST based API's.


- Understand security measures like Basic, OAuth 2.0 & MFA.


- Have hand on experience in Log Monitoring and Metrics analysis using Azure Monitor or Application Insight.


- Understand Azure Cost calculation and optimization techniques.

- As an Azure API Management (APIM) Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our API management solutions using Azure APIM.


- You will ensure secure and efficient API integrations, monitor performance, and optimize costs, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Azure API Management (APIM) :

- Design, implement, and manage API gateways using Azure APIM.

- Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and performant.

- Create API policies for security, traffic management, and transformation.

Integration Patterns :

- Develop and manage integration solutions using synchronous and asynchronous patterns.

- Ensure APIs are RESTful and adhere to best practices.

Security Measures :

- Implement security protocols such as Basic Authentication, OAuth 2.0, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for APIs.

- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices.

Monitoring and Metrics Analysis :

- Monitor API performance and health using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

- Analyze logs and metrics to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues.
