Our client is a is a leading online real estate auction platform. It belongs to a parent company which is a largest non-bank mortgage servicer based out of the United States


Role: Sr Data Leader and Architect (AVP)


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business unit product owners, development teams to understand business needs and technical requirements.
  • Be proactive and produce novel solutions for the problems faced by business/industry.
  • Should drive innovation and be a thought leader in building data-based products.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate, save costs, bring efficiency, and unlock value from existing application and data assets.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Atleast 12+ years of experience in leading data practice including data engineering, data science and data visualization.
  • Good knowledge in building complex data pipelines, analyzing queries, architecting data warehouses/datalakes, datamining, data modeling, etc.
  • Proficient in Python (Pandas, Numpy, etc.), Spark, Databricks, NOSQL, etc.
  • Proficient with ML concepts like EDA, classification, Regression, Drifts, etc. and Deep Learning concepts like neural networks.
  • Experience in defining data strategy at the organization level, standards, and principles.
  • Experience in architecting and implementing scalable products like APIs that are intensive on data.
  • Experience in delivering complex data science products.
  • Strong exposure to data audit and governance, data integrity and security, data quality, and model governance
  • Strong exposure to data offerings from one of the clouds (Azure\GCP\AWS)
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience working collaboratively, building, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders/clients.
  • Experience mentoring and grooming team members.

  • Proficient in general purpose programming/algorithm/data-structure
  • Exposure to MLOps
