Job Title : CRM Analytics Developer

Position Type : Contract-to-Hire (C2H) / Full-Time Employment (FTE)

Location : Pune (preferred) / Noida / Bangalore

Shift : 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Introduction :

We are seeking a skilled CRM Analytics Developer to join our team on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for CRM analytics, Salesforce development, and leveraging technologies like Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. This is a critical role within our organization, working in a hybrid mode to support our client's needs.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement CRM analytics solutions to drive business insights and decision-making processes.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and other relevant technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to best practices in Salesforce development.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Salesforce-related issues.

- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on CRM analytics.

- Proven proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data modeling, and analytics methodologies.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
