Responsibilities
Define, measure and track key business metrics using SQL dashboards
Enable the business to make data driven decisions through insights and analytics
Understand, clean and process data in order to effectively analyze and drive outcomes
Advance Ninjacart’s overall knowledge base by providing analytical rigor and problem solving to our various business investments
Focus on developing new analytical approaches and techniques. You will operate as part of a wider community, supporting the development of both the analytical group as well as a greater understanding of analytics and results across the rest of the organization
Collaborate with team members, customers, and stakeholders to facilitate understanding of the project, produce an efficient and effective solution consistently at or ahead of the established deadline
Develop and maintain strong relationships with team and business partners by demonstrating effective interpersonal skills

Full-time graduate degree from an accredited college/university in business related or quantitative discipline
Strong interest in data analytics and a passion for learning new skills
2 years of relevant analytics experience
Basic knowledge of SQL, and Excel
Beginner level expertise in PowerBI
Good understanding of statistics and data visualization
Problem-solving mindset and a keen attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audience
