Pqxel is an emerging software development and digital marketing company with its headquarters based in Toronto, Canada. The primary goal of Pqxel is to assist companies and innovative ideas in developing their software-based products (whether mobile or web applications). Once these products are built, Pqxel further aids them by providing digital marketing services to promote their brand and boost sales.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Front End React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing front-end mobile applications using React Native, testing them on both Android and iOS, creating documentation, and uploading them to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You will collaborate closely with our back-end developers to integrate APIs and databases, ensuring seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience. Additionally, knowledge of AWS will be essential for this role, as you will be working on cloud-based solutions.
NOTE: This is a FULL-TIME role, Pqxel doesn't outsource any work. Please do not apply if you’re seeking part-time work or currently working on other projects.
Responsibilities:
·       Develop mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms
·       Conduct unit testing of applications on both Android and IOS devices
·       Submit these applications to Google and Apple stores.
·       Setup these applications for QA and UAT for testing and Productions post testing.
·       Collaborate with back end developers to integrate front end components with server-side logic
·       Implement user interfaces following best practices and design guidelines
·       Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
·       Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality
·       Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
·       Should have the required Apple infrastructure to develop and test IOS applications
·       Experience deploying apps on both Apple and Google playstores.
·       Proficiency in React Native and JavaScript
·       Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
·       Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with front end applications
·       Familiarity with Git for version control
·       Knowledge of AWS services for cloud-based solutions
·       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Nice to have
·       Knowledge of back end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails
·       Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme
Compensation
·       15,000 to 20,000 Indian Rupees per month or 1.8 to 2.4 lakhs a year based on our evaluation
·       Project Comission: 1% from the project GP. For example, if Pqxel makes $20,000 on a project in GP, you’ll be paid 1% of this as comission if delivered in time and paid in full. For this example, your payment will be $200 which translates to 12,000 INR paid towards this project.
Location
·       Though the job is primarily remote, employees would be required to attend any local company events if invited.
Timings
·       All employees are required to put 8hours a day (inclusive of internal meetings during fixed EST hours) and fill in the timesheets and other documentation required for the success of this role.
