AMS Solution Architect

As an AMS (Application Management Services) Solution Architect at (Company Name), you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive AMS solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing management of applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design : Develop and implement robust AMS solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to final implementation and support.
- Integration : Ensure seamless integration of AMS solutions with existing systems and third-party applications. Design and implement interfaces and APIs as needed.
- Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize AMS solutions to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Governance : Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and policies for AMS architecture and development.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Collaboration : Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of AMS projects. Provide support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Propose innovative solutions to enhance our AMS offerings.
- Client Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide technical expertise. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience : 6 to 12 years of experience in AMS or related fields, with a strong background in solution architecture.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in application management and support processes.
- Strong knowledge of AMS tools and platforms.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
