Area Manager – Mass MarketDesignationArea Manager – Mass MarketGradeL1 - Senior Executive / Assistant ManagerReporting toCluster Manager – Mass MarketLocationPuneNCR Bangalore MumbaiFunctionBusinessJob PurposeThe role holder will be responsible for selling Godrej Housing Finance's loan products – home loans, loan against property for SEP and SENP customer profile.RoleSell Loan against Property (LAP), SEP, SENP loans for the organization.Plan & execute the LAP, SEP and SENP customer strategy for the month/ quarter to ensure regional goals are overachieved.Identifying potential channel partners based on agreed profiles. and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPsRelationship management with DSA, connectors & individual concerns where business leads can come fromControl & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activitiesHandling the documentation and supporting customers with building the application files - mitigating issuesWorking with support functions for optimum TAT and service deliveryFeed backing to customers on loan status & resolution requiredMust have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team.Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.Cross sell of Insurance and related products.Qualification & experienceApplicant should be PGDM / MBA from a good institute. Specialisation in sales and marketing/ FinanceExperience of 3 to 5 years in Sales. Age up to 33 yrs.Experience in selling LAP productsEssential skillsExcellent communicationAbility to understand business financials & assess health of casesRelationship building & networkingInternal stakeholder managementGood analytical skillsHigh on integrityProficient in MS Office – Excel, PowerPointNature of roleField basedIndividual contributor role – no direct team reporting in to this role
