Senior Manager – Security OperationsJOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Senior Manager – Security OperationsDepartment: Engineering and OperationsLocation: MumbaiReporting: Director, Global Security OperationsJob Type: Full TimeShift: US HoursPRE-REQUISITESPassionate for securityHands-on experience with Security products and technologyStrong people management skillsPossess customer centric approach with empathyManaged Network and Security “24x7” support experience on global large-scale networksStrong communication, presentation and customer handling skillsAbility to offer technical and experience-based advice to executives, colleagues and subordinatesProven ability on security automationTechnical expertise in multi-vendor environmentFirewall: Palo Alto, Fortinet, CheckpointVPN: SSL VPN Global Protect, Cisco AnyconnectSASE: Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Palo Alto PrismaNAC: Aruba Clear Pass, Cisco ISELoad Balancers: F5 BigIP LTM/GTM, Juniper, NetscalerSIEMRESPONSIBILITIESManage Security Operations Center 24x7Security Device Management for global enterprise large scale customerManage team of Security EngineersHandle Incident, Problem and Change Management as per ITIL frameworkHandle technical escalationsManage ticket queue, participate in Severity 1 and Severity 2 ticketsCreate Service Improvement ProgramCreate and Present Root Cause Report for security incidentAct as point of contact for large clientsProactively identify risks and vulnerabilities for security devices and drive vulnerability remediation programLead Patch Management process on all Security devicesAct as lead for Security Incidents and owner for investigation as well as follow-up actionsBuild and present weekly/ monthly/ quarterly performance reports and measurement metricsDesign and execute security operations processes; identify and measure critical Security Operations metrics; and continually improve the efficiency of the Security Operations functionEnsure asset compliance activities such as keeping track of licensing, support contracts, etc.Mentor and conduct training programsCreate and present annual evaluations, performance development plans and KRAsFoster teamwork and show commitment to team objectives; promote collaboration and remove obstaclesTRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONPCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, NSE4, CCIE Security, CEHEXPERIENCEMinimum 12 years of progressive, relevant experience and proven capability to work in a complex network environmentEDUCATIONBachelor in Engineering - Computers/Electronics/Communication or related fieldGraduate/Post Graduate in Science/Maths/IT or related streams with relevant technology experience
