In this role, you will drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile environment, collaborating with development and product teams to establish test strategies, design and implement test plans, and ensure both automated and manual testing practices are applied to validate functionality, reliability, and user experience. You will also play a key role in maintaining and improving continuous integration flows to support efficient software delivery. Key Responsibilities Drive the QA lifecycle within Agile processes, ensuring both manual and automated testing coverage. Collaborate with development and product teams to establish and refine test strategies. Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and system testing. Develop and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and functional). Perform manual testing as needed, including exploratory, cross-browser, and device/platform validation. Enhance and support continuous integration (CI) flows to streamline testing and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in systems under test, documenting and tracking defects through resolution. Required Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a mix of manual and automation testing. 3+ years of experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or Appium and API testing tool like Postman. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Groovy, Ruby, or Python). Experience with web application testing, regression testing, and continuous integration processes. Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, JIRA). Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases for data validation. Preferred Skills Experience with modern frameworks like Cypress and Playwright. Experience with native mobile application testing. Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
