Position: Practice Manager


Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Practice Manager to oversee the operations of Seven Oaks Pet Hospital. The Practice Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our multispecialty veterinary hospital. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of hospital management in a veterinary setting.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Operational Management:

   - Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards.

   - Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and enhance patient care.

   - Monitor and evaluate hospital performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.


2. Staff Management:

   - Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including veterinary technicians, administrative staff, and support personnel.

   - Foster a positive work environment conducive to collaboration, professional growth, and high performance.

   - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff members.


3. Client Relations:

   - Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

   - Implement strategies to attract and retain clients, promoting the hospital's services and unique offerings.

   - Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.


4. Financial Management:

   - Develop and manage the hospital budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.

   - Monitor revenue and expenses, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

   - Implement strategies to maximize revenue generation while maintaining competitive pricing and quality of service.


5. Facility Management:

   - Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hospital facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and clients.

   - Coordinate repairs and renovations as needed, liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

   - Implement measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.


Qualifications and Experience:


- Bachelor's Hospital Management, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital management, preferably in a multispecialty veterinary hospital setting.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Proven track record of success in financial management, strategic planning, and operational optimization.

- Knowledge of veterinary medicine and industry trends is highly desirable.
