We are looking for an accomplished ServiceNow Functional Consultantwith expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources ServiceDelivery (HRSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Custom Solutions usingServiceNow Creator Workflow, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). In this role,you will play a critical part in supporting and optimizing our ServiceNowplatform for the delivery of IT services, HR processes, workplace solutions,and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements forITSM, HRSD, WSD, custom solutions, and ATF projects.

- Analyze and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

• Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in ITSM, HRSD,and WSD.

- Recommend and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance servicedelivery.

• Custom Solutions and Workflow:

- Design, configure, and maintain custom solutions using ServiceNow CreatorWorkflow.

- Develop and customize applications to meet specific business requirements.

• Automated Test Framework (ATF):

- Create and execute test plans and scripts using ATF for ServiceNowapplications.

- Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of custom solutions andworkflows.

• Documentation and Training:

- Create comprehensive documentation for custom solutions, workflows, andprocesses.

- Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective utilization ofServiceNow capabilities.

• Project Management:

- Work within project teams to plan and execute ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and customsolution projects.

- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates tostakeholders.

• 7-10 years of strong knowledge of business process architecture principles forcloud-based platforms

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• ServiceNow certification(s) in ITSM, HRSD, ATF, and Creator Workflow is a plus.

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in ITSM,HRSD, WSD, custom solutions, and ATF.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technicaland non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.

• Knowledge of ITIL framework and ServiceNow best practices.

• Familiarity with IT service management, human resources processes, workplaceservice delivery, custom application development, and automated testingconcepts.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations.
