Are you a skilled US IT Recruiter with expertise in IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Aerospace domains? Join Yochana IT Solutions and play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruiting: Implement innovative strategies to attract top aerospace talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
Candidate Evaluation: Screen and assess candidates for specialized aerospace positions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.
Industry Insights: Stay updated on IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Aerospace industry trends to provide market insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
What We're Looking For:
2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment .
Strong knowledge of IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Aerospace hiring.
Experience in W2 and full-time recruitment.
Familiarity with Tech Mahindra, HCL, and other key partners is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
