Responsibilities:
  • L&D Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • L&D Calendar Management: Plan and manage the annual L&D calendar, ensuring timely execution of training sessions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical directors, community managers, and other teams to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and coordinate with external training providers for specialized programs.
