As an intern in our Sales & Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced leaders to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.


Responsibilities

  • Connecting with the clients to understand their requirements and providing consultation.
  • Work to coordinate with prospective buyers and sellers to facilitate site visits.
  • Assisting in sales activities and developing strategies
  • Managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient visits.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Conducting business research to identify market trends and opportunities.


Qualifications

  • MBA Preferred (Not Mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
  • Fluency in the local language is a bonus point
  • Eager to take initiatives and lead a team

Internship Duration: 3 months internship then a Full Time Employment basis performance


Stipend Structure: Fixed Stipend(6-8k incase of Freshers) + Incentive for every sale(10% of company revenue) + Travelling Reimbursement

  • This is a full-time and field-based role as this role requires travelling within the city.
  • All required training will be provided to the candidates.
