Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and action-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in taking the AssetPlus brand deeper into regional areas of India, building a strong presence, creating market buzz, and increasing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be an execution powerhouse, responsible for implementing and managing brand-building activities to establish AssetPlus as the go-to brand for all things related to mutual funds across the country


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional brand strategies tailored to specific areas in India
  • Identify regional market trends, preferences, and opportunities to maximize brand impact
  • Implement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and reputation in regional markets
  • Create and manage regional marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
  • Foster strong relationships with mutual fund distributors, stakeholders, and community leaders
  • Generate excitement and buzz about AssetPlus through innovative marketing techniques
  • Utilize digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels to reach and engage target audiences
  • Organize and participate in regional events, workshops, and seminars to promote AssetPlus
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility across all regional touchpoints
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to align regional activities with overall brand objectives
  • Take full ownership of the execution of all regional marketing activities
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient implementation
  • Track progress, report on key metrics, and continuously seek ways to improve brand performance.
  • Drive initiatives to boost retention with partners, including recognition programs and other engagement strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Branding Experience
  • Experience in startups, e-commerce, and edtech is preferred
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets in India and the mutual fund distribution landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
