Responsibilities


Recruitment and Onboarding: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Performance Management: Establish and oversee a performance management process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and feedback sessions.

Talent Development: Identify training needs, design development programs, and foster employee growth and skill enhancement.

Employee Relations: Address concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices.

Employee Engagement: Create engagement initiatives, recognize achievements, and promote a positive company culture.

Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation programs, salary reviews, and employee benefits to attract and retain top talent.

Diversity and Inclusion: Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a sense of belonging for all employees.

HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to track HR metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals, driving organizational success.
