About Position


The Salesforce Lead is involved in creating various salesforce application. They are accountable for conducting training sessions to the juniors in the team, and other groups regarding how to build processes wherein in the dependencies are showcased in the code.

The Salesforce Lead also deals with tasks like management and development of continuous integration and deployment solutions across various sites.

What you’ll do


  • 8+ years of solution, design and development experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/Experience Cloud.
  • Strong Hands-on Experience in working with Salesforce Lightning experience, creating custom lightning components, working with SLDS and JavaScript.
  • Full life cycle experience in solution definition and development and apex/unit testing of the Salesforce application.
  • Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects.
  • Expertise in Workflow, Salesforce Platform, Apex, Visual force, Web Services, SOQL, SOSLL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript, Triggers and HTML.
  • CPQ is good to have. Should have basic knowledge and little work on CPQ.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce coding best practices to ensure that his module works within Salesforce governor limits.
  • Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Document and develop code according to specifications and standards.
  • Contribute to key deployment documentation.
  • Familiarity in methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM.
  • Use case and unit test plan development.
  • Compliance with all quality control processes and measures.
  • Understand and Develop:
  • Reports and dashboards
  • List views
  • User administration
  • Workflow rules
  • Approval processes
  • Addition of picklist values
  • Modification of page layouts
  • Lead & case routing rules
  • Email templates
  • Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing.
  • Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution.
  • Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required.

  • Closely work with different Customers to understand their business and technical requirements mainly during initial phase of the project.
  • Suggest best suitable design, licenses and implementation approaches for scalable and robust application.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables from technology perspective.
  • Keep self-knowledge updated and mentor other team members for their technical growth.
  • Architect design and recommendation of best practices
  • Creating design document, requirement gathering, customer communication and presenting approaches
