Key Responsibilities

• Identify Business Improvement Areas: Use data modeling to support business strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Machine Learning Projects: Lead machine learning model development projects to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and investment opportunities.

• Data Preparation: Conduct exploratory data analysis and clean data to prepare for model input.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings to enterprise stakeholders and management, translating complex data into actionable business insights.

• Data Extraction: Extract and analyze key information from unstructured and structured data as needed.

Key Qualifications

• Hands-on Experience: Proven ability in data analytics, data science, and machine learning, with a solid understanding of deep learning.

• Exploratory Analysis: Strong expertise in preparing structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful conclusions.

• Leadership in ML Projects: Ability to lead machine learning projects and initiatives, driving results with the support of junior data scientists.

• Fluency in Python and SQL: Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data science tasks.

• Advanced Data Analysis: Strong skills in data cleaning, preparation, and analysis, ensuring high-quality model input.

• Machine Learning & Deep Learning Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ML and deep learning models and tools.

• End-to-end ML Lifecycle: Understanding of the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preparation to model deployment and monitoring.

• Programming Expertise: Expertise in languages such as Python, R, Java, Scala, SAS, and SQL.

• Statistical Modeling: Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking & Storytelling: Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a straightforward, compelling narrative.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in delivering projects within deadlines.

• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in tackling complex data challenges.

Tools & Technologies

Programming Languages: Python, R, SAS, Scala, SQL, C++, Java

Machine Learning Frameworks : PyTorch, TensorFlow, Xgboost

Data Visualization: PowerBI, Tableau

Data Science & Machine Learning Tools: Jupyter, MLflow, AWS, GCP, Azure

Educational Background

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred: Master’s degree in data science, Information Science, or similar.
