Job Title: Apartment Property Manager


Location: RMV Ext 2nd Stage, Bangalore.

Job Type: Full-Time


About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a background in property management and electrical engineering to join our team and oversee the efficient management of our diverse property portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations of the apartment complex, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.

* Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain tenant satisfaction.

* Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, with a focus on electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

* Conduct property inspections to assess maintenance needs and implement improvement strategies.

* Prepare and manage property budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.

* Work closely with contractors and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.

* Prepare detailed reports on property performance, occupancy, support staff and maintenance issues for management review.

* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and property laws.


Qualifications:

* Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Property Management, or related field.

* 5 to 10 years of experience in property management, preferably with a focus on technical systems. If no educational background in an electrical field, an experience of 10 years in the field can be considered equivalent. 

* Strong understanding of electrical systems and building maintenance.

* Proven experience in building maintenance, financial reporting, and tenant relations.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Kannada and English. Basic understanding of Hindi. 

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

* Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Honest and professional individual.
