Experience: 2+ Years | Industry: Process (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharma, Power) | Location: Pune

About the Role:
Join our dynamic automation team as a PLC Engineer handling hardware & software for multi-vendor PLC systems. You'll work on programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining control systems across leading process industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Program, configure, and test PLCs (Rockwell, Honeywell, Emerson, Siemens, ABB, Allen Bradley).
  • Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA and implement industrial communication protocols.
  • Install, wire, and maintain PLC racks, I/O modules, communication cards, and power supplies.
  • Troubleshoot software & hardware issues and optimize control systems.
  • Conduct FAT, SAT, and field commissioning.
  • Prepare technical documentation and as-built drawings.
  • Collaborate with process, instrumentation, and electrical teams for seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming & hardware.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to travel for project execution.
  • Advantage: Experience in SCADA/DCS integration, process safety systems, SIL concepts.
