Job Description: Marketing Executive (EV Charging Manufacturing Company)

Position: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

Experience: 3-4 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Reports to: Head of Marketing

About Us: We are a leading manufacturer in the EV charging industry, committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with experience in the EV or technology sector to join our team and help drive our brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event & Exhibition Management:

o Plan, organize, and manage events and exhibitions related to EV charging products.

o Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

o Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets while ensuring brand consistency.

2. Marketing Planning & Execution:

o Assist in the development and implementation of the overall marketing plan, including product launches and promotional campaigns.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

o Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning through execution, tracking, and reporting.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO:

o Execute and optimize digital marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

o Drive traffic to the company's website through SEO and SEM strategies.

o Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.

4. Graphic Design & Content Creation:

o Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital assets using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

o Develop visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

o Assist in the creation of multimedia content for online platforms (videos, infographics, etc.).

5. Branding & Communication:

o Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

o Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.

o Develop engaging content for various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

6. Market Research & Analysis:

o Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

o Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies based on data analysis.

7. Collaboration & Coordination:

o Liaise with external agencies, designers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

o Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the EV, automotive, or technology sector.

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to travel across India for work, 7-10 days travel on monthly basis may be required.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the EV industry and market trends.

Experience in organizing large-scale events and exhibitions.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
