My client is a 15-year-old organisation, that has assisted leading fintech companies in Europe in gaining a competitive edge in the industry. Their parent group's digital platforms dominate the major European markets for the provision of utilities, retail credit, insurance, and other goods. They do specialize in using technology, data analytics, and early adoption of emerging technologies to improve customer experience, modernize businesses, and unleash the full potential of businesses.

They are looking for a Technical Lead to work from their Gurugram office on a hybrid basis. You'll be creating enterprise-level solutions, developing and improving documentation, coding standards, and implementing best practices while exchanging information among team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage system's architectural requirements, such as design proposals and conceptual architecture diagrams.
  • Ensure that engineers comprehend client's strategy and goal by exercising technical leadership.
  • Offer the team the best technology options while maintaining high code quality.
  • Work together on software development projects with other IT teams and business teams throughout the world.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience including 2 years atleast in Technical lead role dealing with Microsoft Tech stack.
  • Experience with OOPS, C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, .NET, Entity Framework, Microservices and WEB APIs.
  • Front end experience on Angular/ React.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, containerisation, docker or CI/CD pipelines.
