Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team at Dojima Network. This role is ideal for a passionate developer with strong expertise in blockchain technologies, Rust and Go who is eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge decentralized applications and have hands-on experience in modifying and updating its consensus mechanisms. Additionally, experience in building a Zero-Knowledge EVM (ZK-EVM) machine and the capability to manage multiple EVM chains will be highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and maintain high-performance backend services for blockchain applications using Rust, Go, and Solidity.
Ø Design and implement scalable APIs for interacting with blockchain networks.
Ø Manage the deployment and maintenance of multiple EVM chains, ensuring seamless operation and interoperability across different blockchain environments.
Ø Work on cross-chain technology development to enable asset and data transfer between EVM-compatible chains and other blockchain protocols
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technologies into existing systems. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and engineers.
Ø Optimize and enhance existing systems for better performance and scalability.
Ø Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in blockchain development, specifically with Rust and Go (Golang) programming languages.
- Technical Skills:
Expertise in Solidity and smart contract development.
Strong background in cryptography, particularly in Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP).
Proficiency in Go and Rust programming language.
Experience with ZK-EVM development is highly preferred.
Familiarity with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or others.
Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized systems.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Familiarity with blockchain interoperability and the deployment of multi-chain environments
