Duties and Responsibilities:


·       Design visually engaging and impactful graphics for various digital platforms, social media infographics, and promotional videos to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

·       Adept at crafting visually stunning artworks, making impactful reels, and managing the complete lifecycle of digital campaigns in line with Brand objectives.

·       Make sure that the design output is visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand's tone, adhering to established quality standards.

·       Presenting final ideas and concepts based on the given brief helps to drive different objectives while understanding the brand and business needs.

·       Strategize and collaborate with different internal departments to gather insights and create necessary communications, visuals, and copy to support messaging.

·       Passionate about translating brand narratives into compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences.

·       Additionally, creating and maintaining design documentation, such as style guides and asset libraries

·       Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual design, using proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

·       Knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design and accessibility.

·       Possess excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts clearly and effectively, as well as work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Certifications: Good to have:


  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)
  • Google Digital Garage – Fundamentals of Digital Marketing
  • Additional certifications in specialized areas such as UI/UX design, motion graphics, or digital illustration. Will be added advantage (Optional)

Skills:

  • Creative Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant design and prototyping tools. Familiarity with Canva and similar tools for quick design needs.
  • Video Production: Storyboarding, filming, editing, post-production.
  • Social Media Management: Content strategy, platform-specific design, audience engagement, analytics.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Infographics, banners, eBooks, digital advertisements.
  • Concept Development: Ideation, creative brainstorming, visual storytelling.
  • Project Management: Agile methodologies, timeline management, cross-functional collaboration.

Academic Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

·       4+ years’ experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.


Relevant Field: Design, Visual Communication, or a related area.


Experience:  

  • 4-5 years relevant experience. Total work experience should not exceed 10 years, as this is the beginning of mid-level management, not top level.
