Job Description – Process Coordinator
Position Title: Process Coordinator
Department: Operations / Supply Chain
Reporting To: Sales/ Business Head
Location: IMT Manesar
Role Summary
The Process Coordinator will be responsible for managing and streamlining the order-to-dispatch process, ensuring accuracy in documentation, timely deliveries, and effective coordination across teams. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills to uphold client commitments and maintain process efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Dispatch Management
• Align product dispatches strictly as per committed client timelines.
• Hold stock-ready products in Production or the 360 store to ensure on-time availability.
• Monitor and maintain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) levels across product categories.
Documentation & Workflow
• Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) for client approval.
• Raise Sales Orders (SO) against approved Proforma Invoices.
• Raise Purchase Orders (PO) against Sales Orders.
• Maintain accurate records and MIS reports for management review.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the bridge between Sales, Production, and Stores to ensure smooth execution.
• Track order status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to SOP standardization.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in order management, sales coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
