Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in planning, execution, and completion of projects. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Act as the communication bridge between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with resource allocation (personnel, equipment, materials).
  • Track project risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Monitor progress to ensure compliance with quality and requirements.
  • Support project budget tracking and expense control.
  • Provide day-to-day support to project managers and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience
Proficiency in project management software/tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
