IT Trainer - Full Stack Java, Automation Testing, Digital Marketing

Job Summary :

As an IT Trainer specializing in Full Stack Java Development, Automation Testing, and Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in these domains. You will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of IT professionals and aspiring developers/marketers. Your responsibilities will span curriculum development, training delivery, technical support, and performance evaluation across these diverse fields.

We have Various Trainer Requirement For Full stack development, Backend frontend , Automation testing , Data Science and Data & Analytics TRAINERS Or Teachers For EDTECH

For Below Locations Bangalore , Hyderabad , Pune , Mumbai

Responsibilities :

1. Curriculum Development :

- Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum for Full Stack Java Development, covering frontend, backend, and database technologies.

- Create training materials for Automation Testing, encompassing Selenium framework, test automation strategies, and best practices.

- Develop training modules for Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

2. Training Delivery :

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in-person or virtually, focusing on Full Stack Java Development, Automation Testing, and Digital Marketing.

- Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world case studies to reinforce theoretical concepts and facilitate active learning.

- Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and levels of expertise among participants.

3. Technical Support :

- Offer guidance and assistance to trainees in setting up development environments, configuring testing frameworks, and implementing digital marketing strategies.

- Provide ongoing technical support through forums, email correspondence, or one-on-one consultations to address queries and troubleshoot issues faced by learners.

4. Performance Evaluation :

- Assess trainees' understanding and proficiency through quizzes, assignments, coding exercises, and practical projects.

- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help individuals improve their skills and achieve their learning objectives.

5. Stay Updated :

- Keep abreast of latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Full Stack Java Development, Automation Testing, and Digital Marketing.

- Continuously update training materials and methodologies to incorporate industry advancements and emerging tools/platforms.

6. Collaboration :

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to enhance training programs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

- Participate in cross-functional projects, knowledge-sharing activities, and communities of practice to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven work experience in Full Stack Java Development, Automation Testing (with expertise in Selenium), and Digital Marketing.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in multiple domains.

- Patient, supportive, and enthusiastic approach towards teaching and mentoring.

- Relevant certifications in Java development, software testing, and digital marketing would be advantageous.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
