Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and dedicated Social Media And Communications Manager to join our team. As a Social Media And Communications Manager at Dolly J, you will be responsible for

  • Curating our social media presence, engaging our audience, and driving brand awareness through compelling content and strategic campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
  • Monitor trends, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement
  • Engage with our audience by responding to queries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Co-ordinating with our stores for all the sourcing requests received.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
  • Exceptional visual storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for fashion and a keen awareness of industry trends
