As .NET Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading development efforts, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. You’ll work with a team of developers and collaborate closely with Agile team members to drive innovation, optimize performance, and maintain existing applications. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead Development Team:Guide and mentor a team of developers working on a ASP.NET core application.Collaborate with Agile team members to address technical impediments.

Technical Expertise:Act as an expert resource on new technologies and design techniques.Enforce best practices and reduce duplicate processes and code.

Communication and Documentation:Communicate frequently with project managers to provide updates.Review and approve documentation and diagrams created by the IT team.

Qualifications:

Skills:Proficiency in C#, SQL, JavaScript, ASP.NET Web Forms, EF core.Experience with version control systems and web development.Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC and architecting integration projects using web services.

Experience:Over 6 years of experience as a Software Developer, specializing in .NET technologies.Project experience involving SQL databases, Microservices, C# Web APIs, AWS.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (including CSS selectors, Media Queries, and FlexBox for responsive UI design).Proven ability to code in an object-oriented programming language like C#.Capability to design and write automation tests for API testing, unit testing, and more.
