ReNew’s solar and wind energy projects currently contribute to 1.9% of India’s power capacity and are spread across 150+ sites and 18 Indian states. We have helped prevent 0.5% of India’s total carbon emissions and 1.1% of India’s total power sector emissions, in addition to generating around 130,000 jobs over the past decade.
Key Responsibilities :
Corp IMS Quality Assurance
- Spearhead the IMS Audit management & Certification for entire ReNew Business
- Coordinating with Certifying Agency for IMS audits & new business inclusion
- Develop & Managing the business processes & systems documents relevant to various businesses to ensure the execution is done in line with norms, specs
- Internal Audit management & NC closure support
- Providing the technical guidance to the team with respect to product or process deviations reported
- Organizing Refresher’s training programs on IMS & other relevant systems
- Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Management system & IMS Audits
- Co-ordination with all stake holders to plan, execute & close the IMS audits
- Releasing Quality Alerts on Major or repetitive deviation reported
- Coordination with the process owners with updating the business processes (SPOC) for the new product, new business or existing business processes with changed business requirement
- IMS NC Management & Audit management portal
Team Deployment:
- Identify the IMS SPOC of respective business & train them to carry out the IMS related work
- Coordination with the business teams on audit plan, Audit conduct & execution schedule
- Developing team of internal auditors and deployment for various audits as per audit calendar
Functional Competencies:

Strong hold on IMS standards
Knowledge on tools for data analysis & corrective actions
Basic knowledge on measurement tools
