Position: Lead Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design development and oversee execution across residential, retail & hospitality projects.
  • Manage corporate clients, presentations, and design deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project teams for site execution, procurement, and estimates.
  • Provide leadership to junior designers, ensuring creativity and quality in all outputs.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and material specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture/design with strong business acumen.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Strong knowledge of design trends and expertise in product research and sourcing.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Canva, and creating impactful presentations.
  • Strong portfolio across residential, retail & hospitality domains.
  • Skilled in client management, site coordination & project execution.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
