Senior Business Analyst

What You’ll Achieve:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analysis, testing and release to production tasks of our software product’s features.

You will:

- Converting business problems into functional requirements (User stories, API Documentation, UI/UX, workflow, scenarios).- Troubleshoot problems encountered in integration by understanding the API response - relating to the functional understanding.- Interacting with the solution architect in supporting to architect the solution.- Coordinating with the development team on a day-to-day basis to develop the specifications into the product solution.- Conduct user acceptance test to ensure requirement fulfilment.- At times he/she would also have to interact with the clients to clarify requirements.- Conduct training and provide documentation to share the knowledge of newly developed features.- Provide support on gaps (if any) on the developed features.- Exposure on product management as client requirements backlog/ ideas needs to be managed. A good exposure for aspiring product managers.- Use world’s most famous SDLC tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visily.

Career Path:

- Senior Business Analyst - Managing specific/assigned requirements as an individual contributor or with a pair of 2.- Principal Business Analyst - Managing all requirements of a specific area/product with a team.- Associate Product Manager - All work of principal Business Analyst, Managing client ideas, assisting in roadmap formation.- Product Manager - Managing an entire product’s roadmap from ideation to analysis to delivery to feedback.

Essential Requirements:

- 6-8 Years experience required.- Excellent analytical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.- Process mapping - understanding of tools like Lucidchart.- Very Methodical.- Understanding of API Integrations.- Understanding of RDMS - Basic SQL.- Deep understanding of the omni retail or e-commerce or POS.- Basic/Advance - Excel.- Good communication, Documentation and presentation skills.- Commerce or BTech background.

Desirable Requirements:

- As a Business/Functional/Product Analyst in an order management system (OMS) product or point of sale (POS) product, or- As a member of Business Process Management (managing E-com/ Retail Tech Stack) in any user industry.
