Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Flutter Developer. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart. The candidate should have worked on skills like cross-platform app development, state management (ex: Provider, Bloc), integration with RESTful APIs, and Firebase services. Should be capable of handling end-to-end development, including UI/UX design, performance optimization and deployment to app stores. Preferably from mobile app development industry and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage complete mobile application development lifecycle.

Handle functional responsibilities including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.

Manage code reviews, optimization, and application maintenance.

Ensure compliance / audit readiness with respect to coding standards, documentation and best practices.

Manage team / client / vendor relationships including requirement gathering, feedback incorporation and post-deployment support.

Ensure timely delivery of project commitment like feature releases, updates, and bug fixes.

Develop and implement team initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Provide the leadership team with required updates, reports, dashboards, etc. and facilitate effective

communication with all the stakeholders.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations across the company.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite in creating required communications, dashboards and reports.
  • Project planning and execution experience, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills to dissect complex business processes and data.
  • Proficiency in product and business review, allowing for deep insights and informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional MIS reporting and presentation skills for conveying information effectively.
  • The ability to utilize statistical analysis to derive valuable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships and collaborative teamwork.
