Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Tiruppur. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes developing and implementing strategies to grow deposits, loans, and banking products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and achieving branch targets. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for resolving customer issues, supervising branch activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
